RideFleet processes registration and account information, company and workspace data, login and security events, support communications, and the operational records that authorized users submit to the service.
For abuse prevention, the registration flow may process network address, browser and device signals, request timing, and a Cloudflare Turnstile verification result. The CAPTCHA response token is used for verification and is not retained as a credential.
Purposes and providers
Information is used to create and secure the workspace, provide requested features, enforce trial limits, deliver service messages, investigate abuse, support users, and meet legal obligations.
RideFleet expects to use infrastructure, email-delivery, security, monitoring, and—after a paid plan is selected—Merchant-of-Record billing providers. Cloudflare acts as a provider for Turnstile. The final provider list, legal roles, transfer safeguards, and retention schedule must be approved and published before launch.
Trial retention
An active trial lasts 14 days. Trial workspace data is then retained in a locked state for 14 additional days to allow conversion or recovery. If the workspace is not converted, tenant data is scheduled for deletion at day 28. Limited security, legal-acceptance, deletion-proof, and billing records may be retained longer where necessary and lawful.
Pending unverified registrations expire and are removed on a shorter schedule. Exact operational retention periods must be documented in the approved production policy.
Choices and rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other rights available under applicable law by contacting the published privacy address. Some requests require identity verification and some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons.
The final controller identity, address, contact, Serbian and international-transfer disclosures, complaint route, and any EU representative details must be supplied and approved before public registration is enabled.
