The RideFleet trial

The trial provides a temporary, non-customized RideFleet workspace for evaluating fleet-management workflows. It is not a promise that every production feature, integration, data source, or customer-specific workflow will be available during the trial.

The trial is active for 14 days from workspace activation. It does not automatically become a paid subscription and no payment method is charged during the trial.

Trial limits

A trial workspace may have no more than five active trucks visible on the Board and may create no more than 20 loads for each stable truck record during the entire trial. Deleting a load or renaming a truck does not restore load capacity.

Mileage calculations, routing and live-routing tools, EFS requests, HOS requests and HOS clocks, and customer-specific customization are paid capabilities and are unavailable in the trial. RideFleet may also apply reasonable abuse-prevention and technical limits.

End of trial, retention, and deletion

At the end of day 14, the workspace enters a locked retention period. During that period, authorized users may sign in to review the account, contact Sales, and select an available upgrade path, but they may not continue operating the TMS.

The locked retention period lasts 14 additional days. If the workspace is not converted to a paid or approved business account before the deletion time shown in the product, the tenant workspace and its tenant data are scheduled for permanent deletion. RideFleet cannot promise recovery after deletion begins.

Customer data and acceptable use

You must have authority to submit any data placed in the workspace. Do not upload unlawful material, credentials, regulated secrets that the trial is not designed to hold, malware, or data belonging to another company without permission.

You may not attempt to defeat trial limits, create abusive duplicate workspaces, probe other tenants, disrupt the service, or use the trial for unlawful communications or surveillance. RideFleet may lock or remove an abusive workspace.

Availability and production use

The trial is provided for evaluation and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. It is not a substitute for your safety, dispatch, accounting, tax, maintenance, HOS, IFTA, legal, or regulatory controls. You remain responsible for validating all operational records and decisions.

Paid plans and customer-specific implementations are governed by the commercial terms presented and accepted at purchase or in a separate agreement. RideFleet can adapt the TMS to the customer's operation; customization requires a Sales review and is not part of the self-service trial.

Identity, notices, and governing terms

You must provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials secure. Electronic notices may be sent to the account email. The final legal business identity, postal address, governing law, dispute terms, and cancellation and withdrawal language must be inserted and approved before public registration is enabled.

This document is a product implementation draft and is not publicly operative until RideFleet records legal approval for the exact version and document hash.

One connected operating system for dispatch, fleet, maintenance, documents, and money.
